ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE PM'D TO AN ADMINISTRATOR. THANK YOU.
1. Unless it is an OOC board, please stay in character.
2. Please check your spelling before you make a post, try to use proper grammar as well. No one-liners! I realize theres a writing block sometimes, but please make a decent post. The more you write, the more to go off of.
3. If you have any problems with other players, please PM one of the admins. We’ll get it sorted out ASAP.
4. You can reserve a character for a week. After that the reservation will be scrapped from the list.
5. Don’t post on any of the board, besides your application, before you’re accepted.
6. You have 1 week to post an IC post after your last one, except if you're on hiatus.
7. For this forum, use the human name of the country you're role-playing as.
8. No shouta please! We realize there are characters such as Latvia and Sealand who are younger, but please make them at least 18.
9. To make sure you read the rules, please put "-country name- likes kitty ears" and no, it doesn't have to be your country.
10. Also, please one character per person. If you would like to switch or make a request about possibly having another character, please PM an Administrator.
(Note: Whereas we do allow OC's, I will ask that they be Country OC's only. State OC's would be a bit of overkill. Thank you for understanding.)
